Kurtz (George Mason University, Fairfax, Virginia, USA) and the Association of Catholic Universities and Higher Institutes of Africa and Madagascar (ACUHIAM) with the Permanent Secretariat at The St. Augustine University of Tanzania (SAUT), Mwanza, Tanzania.
