On April 30, the ELN's humanitarian ceasfire in response to the coronavirus pandemic comes to and end. At 4:00 PM Bogotá time/5:00 PM US Eastern time, CINEP/PPP will host an online dialogue about the ceasefire ending on it's YouTube page.
