The COFP Fellowship Program is a one-year fellowship program that prepares, engages and equips religious and community leaders with skills in interfaith dialogue, conflict transformation, leadership and mediation. The program is sub-divided into three modules/sessions and this gives Fellows the opportunity of meeting quarterly for one week in-class training during the one-year program. Before graduation, Fellows will receive a seed grant for implementing peace projects initiated by each of them in their community. A university certificate will be issued at the third and last module of the Fellowship Program on “Interreligious Dialogue and Mediation” and this will automatically launch Fellows into the COFP Alumni Network of Peacebuilders (CANEP).
The overall goal of this Fellowship Program is to build the capacity of faith and local actors to counter extremism, enhance freedom of religion and belief, bridge community divides and build passion for peace and nonviolence at the grassroots community level. To participate in the 2020/2021 COFP Fellowship Program, please carefully complete the Fellowship Application Form and submit together with the required documents to cofpfellows@gmail.com on or before June 30th, 2020. Only completed applications submitted along with the required documents within the stipulated deadline will be reviewed.
