The Justice, Peace, and Integrity of Creation Commission of the Union of Superiors General-Union of International Superiors General hosted a webinar on February 27 with Bishop Vicente Ferreira, CSsR, and Fr. Rodrigo Peret, OFM. Bishop Ferreira and Fr. Peret have extensive experience with communities impacted by mining operations and the webinar in particular focused on their work with the community devastated by the tailings dam collapse in Brumadinho, Brazil in January, 2019.
