On August 29, Caritas Colombiana and the Secretariat of the Social Pastoral of the Episcopal Conference of Colombia published a new analysis of the first six months of the implementation of the 2016 peace agreement, based in large part on its own advocacy, support, and monitoring of the implementation. It identifies successes as well as challenges moving forward, including reaching an agreement with the ELN. The full document, in Spanish, is available for download.
