On May 2-3, the Vatican's Dicastery for Promoting Integral Human Development hosted the third Day of Reflection on "Mining for the Common Good." The event brought together about 60 participants, including mining company executives, Catholic, Anglican, and Methodist leaders, academics, and representatives and practitioners from communities impacted by mining.
